Key Responsibilities Client Care and Treatment Support Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding medical treatment, care coordination, and ongoing support throughout the treatment process Assist clients in navigating treatment recommendations, referrals, scheduling, and continuity of care Develop and manage individualized care coordination plans based on client treatment needs and case progression Identify and facilitate referrals to appropriate specialists and providers as needed Coordinate communication between clients, medical providers, and legal teams regarding treatment status and ongoing care needs Proactively identify and help resolve barriers, delays, missed appointments, or breakdowns in care that may impact treatment progression or case development Support continuity of care, client engagement, and overall treatment progression throughout the lifecycle of the case Documentation & Record Management Maintain accurate, organized, and secure medical records and treatment documentation Track medical updates and ensure timely delivery of records to legal teams Support seamless transitions between providers, facilities, and care settings Client Advocacy & Education Educate clients on treatment options, insurance processes, and next steps Assist in resolving billing issues, insurance questions, and claim discrepancies Act as a trusted point of contact for clients navigating complex medical systems Progress Monitoring & Reporting Monitor client recovery progress and flag risks or delays that may impact the case Provide regular updates to attorneys and case teams Help align medical progress with settlement strategy and case timelines Requirements Qualifications Experience in healthcare coordination, case management, medical office operations, or a related field Familiarity with personal injury and/or workers’ compensation cases strongly preferred Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment workflows, and provider networks Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to work across clients, providers, and legal teams Proficiency with case management systems (e.g., Salesforce / Litify) is a plus Schedule On-site position Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Full-time After the training period, one work-from-home day per week can be scheduled The anticipated salary range for this position, which we in good faith expect to pay at the time of posting, is $55,000-$70,000 annually. This range allows us to make an offer that reflects multiple factors, including experience, education, qualifications, and job-related knowledge and skills, as well as internal pay equity. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as we strive to provide room for future and continued salary growth. Base pay is just one component of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
