QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS diploma or GED
• Experience working with Developmentally Disabled Adults required
• N.A. or equivalent training is helpful
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Ability to transfer and transport individuals to/from medical appointments in all types of weather, using house passenger van.
• Detail-oriented, with well-developed organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Willing and able to provide compassionate, “person-centered” care
  Rate of pay: $ 18.00/hr.

THIS RATE OF PAY SERVES AS A GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE. ACTUAL PAY IS BASED ON A NUMBER OF FACTORS WHICH MAY INCLUDE A CANDIDATE’S QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, EXPERIENCE AND WORK LOCATION. THE SALARY RANGE OR RATE LISTED DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY DIFFERENTIAL PAY OR OTHER FORMS OF COMPENSATION, SUCH AS THE VALUE OF BENEFITS, WHICH MAY BE APPLICABLE TO THIS POSITION.
