About this job

A centrally located medical center is seeking a full-time receptionist for the entrance area! You will be the first point of contact for patients, who typically arrive by referral. Your responsibilities will include checking appointments, directing patients to the appropriate department, entering arriving patients into the appointment calendar, and more. Ideally, you will have prior experience working in a medical field or at a reception desk. Working hours are between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm. The salary offered is very competitive, and you will, of course, receive thorough training. I would be happy to provide further information by phone.
