What you do Getting offers from other providers based on the benchmark that the doctor reached with the original provider. Drafting and sending a mail with the original provider cost and alternatives to be sent to the concerned team for each policy for case management approval. Arranging the process after receiving the provider choice from the concerned department. Following up with the provider that the surgery has been done and making sure that the invoice was closed with the agreed amount. Following up pending cases and closing finished cases in the case management log sheet. Calculating savings on monthly basis What you bring Verbal and written communication skills. Customer service experience in a the medical field Medical Practical Experience (reputable insurance provider, broker or a TPA experience a plus) Knowledge of overall insurance industry practices is a plus; the ability to exercise initiatives and be able to work flexibly under pressure and to tight deadlines.
