In this associate-level role, you’ll evaluate and manage travel medical claims end-to-end, ensuring fair, accurate decisions and clear communication for our insurance partners and policyholders. You’ll build regional exposure, work with healthcare providers and internal teams, and develop in-demand skills in the insurance assistance space. What You’ll Do Manage assigned claims from notification/registration through to closure Review coverage, validate documents, and calculate benefits within authority Initiate payments and draft clear, professional claim decision letters Maintain accurate reserves, data entry, and case notes in the system Track claim progress and coordinate with Finance on rebilling Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with timely resolutions Liaise with providers, policyholders, and partners to gather info and explain decisions Support team projects and ad hoc tasks; collaborate to ensure seamless handovers What You’ll Bring Diploma or Degree (any field) 1–2 years’ experience in medical claim assessment; fresh graduates welcome Advantage: insurance, medical, or travel assistance background Strong English communication (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented, decisive, customer-focused, and a strong team player Location UOA Centre, KLCC, Kuala Lumpur What Success Looks Like Timely, well-documented claim decisions with clear communication Smooth collaboration with providers, partners, and internal teams Reliable reserve management and clean case data with minimal rework Why Join Allianz Partners Work with a trusted global brand and gain regional case exposure Structured training, mentorship, and clear career growth pathways Supportive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement What we offer: Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
