• Medical Claims Supervision: Supervise end-to-end processing of medical claims, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with policy terms and regulatory requirements.
• Provider Negotiations: Handle claims under negotiation with healthcare providers, ensuring fair outcomes and adherence to service agreements.
• Claims Authorization: Approve, process, or escalate claims according to authority limits and company guidelines.
• Reporting & Analytics: Compile and analyze reports on claims volume, processing trends, rejection rates, and team KPIs to support continuous improvement.
• Process Enhancement: Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Compliance, IT, Finance) to implement process updates and streamline workflows.
