OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy medical clinic. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing healthcare settings and be proficient in Healthquest EMR software, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical and administrative teams.

SKILLS

  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare management or clinic coordination role.
  • Strong proficiency in Healthquest EMR (required).
  • Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume clinic environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: From $28.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 42 per week

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper use and optimization of Healthquest EMR for billing, charting, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Handle patient concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor compliance with clinic policies, health regulations, and privacy standards.
  • Manage supply inventory, clinic expenses, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet patient needs while optimizing clinic resources.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training staff.
  • Prepare reports for clinic performance, billing, and scheduling metrics.
  • Coordinate with physicians and allied healthcare providers to maintain high standards of care.
  • Supervise staff, including nurses and administrative personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
