Job Title: Medical Coder (Homecare)

Location: Al Ain, UAE

FLORENC Home Health Care Facility currently seeking for an experienced Medical Coder / Insurance Coordinator to manage insurance approvals, submission, resubmission, claims, coding, and billing for our home health care settings facility.

Core Responsibilities

• Review clinical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM & CPT codes.
• Manage billing, submissions, resubmissions, and claims.
• Track new submissions via Open Jet and coordinate NCP renewals with Nurses.
• Knowledgeable in Audit, KPI and maintain documentation to meet DOH, JAWDA, and other requirements.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of Homecare Coding in the UAE (Homecare experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with CPC / AAPC certification.
• Fluent English, proficient with UAE insurance portals.
• Immediate joiner
