Newton Training Center is looking for a qualified and experienced Nurse/Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Full-Time Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering training in Caregiving, Nursing Assistant, Medical Coding, and Diploma in Health & Social Care programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Caregiving and Nursing Assistant training.
• Teach Medical Coding and related healthcare coding subjects.
• Deliver Diploma in Health & Social Care modules.
• Conduct theory and practical training sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and guide students during training.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain proper student and academic records.
• Ensure professional classroom management and training standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, or a relevant field.
• Qualified Nurse with relevant clinical and healthcare knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Medical Coding.
• Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
• Experience in delivering Medical Coding training is preferred.
• Knowledge of Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to confidently deliver both theory and practical training.
• Strong student-handling and classroom management skills.
