Summary
MolecuLight is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Communications Manager to support the strategic dissemination of our scientific and clinical findings. Leveraging your expertise in translating complex data into compelling narratives, you will lead and execute the development of a wide range of materials, including clinical manuscripts, conference presentations, and evidence-focused marketing collateral. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Medical Communications, Clinical Trials, Reimbursement & Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Product Development departments, as well as external stakeholders including wound care clinicians, key opinion leaders, societies, and advocacy groups. This role requires a deep understanding of wound care, related technologies, and the competitive landscape, enabling effective communication of MolecuLight’s innovative solutions.

Relationships
This position reports directly to the Senior Medical Affairs Manager. Internally, this position will interface directly with the departments of Clinical Trials, Reimbursement & Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Product Development to ensure all communications are of high scientific excellence and are aligned with corporate goals. Externally, this position will interface with clinicians to facilitate the publication of clinical research, as well as societies and wound care advocacy groups to increase awareness of MolecuLight technology.
