POSITION SUMMARY

P\S\L AI Products Launchpad is a newly established, innovation-focused HQ dedicated to evidence-based product invention. We are building a team of forward-thinking specialists who thrive on launching new products to support the work of Healthcare Professionals.
As part of our mission, we are seeking a Medical Content and Design Producer to support our initiatives and engagements.

In this brand-new position, you will have the unique opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the formation of a new group focused on the engagement of healthcare professionals with education, knowledge and learning, using artificial intelligence
  • Work directly with the CEO, creating campaigns to encourage our customers to engage with our offerings
  • Leverage your expertise in creating journeys for clinicians, through the use of AI in the studio to create medical copy and visuals
  • Bring start-up or corporate experience in supporting new initiatives, thriving in an environment where you can innovate and grow

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

  • Provide design and copy expertise for our offerings


    • Use AI in the studio to support the production of medical writing, and visualizations which appeal to healthcare professionals

    • Campaigns: Use your skills to design and execute educational campaigns
    • Not only will you be working on our suite of new AI products, you will be responsible for building innovative campaigns to attract our customers to our ecosystem
    • Use of AI in the studio


      • Use LLMs and AI design tools to generate first drafts, repurpose content, and create quality projects, refined with editorial and design judgement

      • Collaboration & Communication


        • Partner with the team to translate campaign goals into concrete assets

        • Ensure messaging and design support long-term positioning and trust through regular work with the CEO and broader team
        • Innovation & Thought Leadership


          • Stay current with industry trends, emerging methodologies, and best practices in the use of AI in the studio

          • Identify opportunities for innovation in campaign production
          • Champion continuous improvement, exploring new methods, tools, and technologies

          KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

          • Minimum 3 years of experience in an editorial role
          • Possess a Master’s or PhD in a pharmaceutical or medical research environment
          • Passionate about working with AI to support creativity
          • You have experience in the healthcare, life-sciences sector, ideally in pharmaceuticals or medtech
          • A Proven track record in building campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, for customers, providing creative medical copy, and design
          • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for distilling complexity into clear, compelling narratives
          • Demonstrated success in supporting new initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
          • Demonstrated knowledge of medical education or medical communications.
          • A genuine passion for innovation, new technologies, and driving change.
          • Ability to see the possible and think creatively about future-oriented solutions.
          • You are known for your strong interpersonal skills and readiness to work with cross-functional teams.
          • You enjoy ambiguity and you are capable of pivoting swiftly as new data or insights emerge
