Description Progressive Directions Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Medical Coordinator to support our Nursing Administration team in Giles and Marshall County. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in organization, coordination, compliance, and keeping medical operations running smoothly across multiple residential homes. What You’ll Do Serve as liaison between nursing staff, residential homes, physicians, and pharmacy partners Maintain and organize medical documentation, including healthcare plans and medication records Generate and update Medication Administration Records (MARs) in compliance with DDA standards Schedule and track medical, dental, vision, and hearing appointments Coordinate doctor visit documentation and medical record flow Maintain medication profiles and tracking systems Assist with training materials and documentation for Regional Office submission Support audits, pharmacy communication, and supply management Maintain inventory of medical supplies and coordinate distribution to homes Ensure compliance with safety protocols and agency policies Report critical incidents in accordance with agency guidelines Schedule Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Based out of our Pulaski, TN Office Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive leadership team Requirements What We’re Looking For Medical Assistant Certification preferred High School Diploma or GED preferred Valid driver’s license (TN, KY, or AL) Clear background check and driving record Clear Drug test Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and documentation systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while following established protocols Willingness to complete all required agency training Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands Work performed in office and residential home environments Moderate noise level If you’re organized, dependable, and ready to make a real impact behind the scenes of quality care for the people we support, don’t wait.
