This position is responsible for issues related to the shipment and delivery of blood and blood components. Must also meet and maintain LifeSouth driver’s eligibility requirements - Must be able to work a varied schedule. Some night, weekend and on-call hours are required - Ability to organize and manage time effectively - Excellent teamwork skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and instructions - Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing - Must be able to do basic math, including addition, subtraction, proportion, percentages, etc. - Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 70 pounds, grasping and repetitive motion.
