Position Overview: We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team of Independent Medical Couriers. You’ll provide essential courier services to healthcare facilities—including clinics, hospitals, and private residences. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle (4-cylinder, 2015 or newer)
• Valid driver’s license and state-required auto insurance
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Smartphone compatible with our app (Apple or Android)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in related fields or the gig economy (e.g., medical courier, package delivery, Amazon, FedEx, USPS, Uber, Lyft)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Bonus: We are offering a $600 sign-on bonus for gig economy professionals with a 4.8-star rating or higher
  Compensation: Independent couriers are paid a flat daily rate based on route time and distance, plus weekly performance bonuses. Our goal is for drivers to earn between $18–$24 per hour, after accounting for fuel costs.
