We are seeking qualified and compassionate Clinical Nurse’s to join our dedicated Medical Customer Care team. This role is ideal for nursing professional’s with a current NMC registration who has a passion for providing excellent patient support. You’ll offer clinical advice and reassurance to patients who are using a prescribed weight loss medication and may be experiencing symptoms or side effects.
This is an exciting opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a non-traditional setting, supporting patients via live chat and inbound phone calls during evenings and weekends.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Current NMC registration (UK-based) is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
• Comfortable using digital systems and chat platforms in a remote environment.
• Able to work independently and exercise clinical judgment.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.

• Provide clinically sound support to patients experiencing symptoms related to weight loss medication.
• Handle inbound enquiries via Live Chat and telephone with professionalism and empathy.
• Assess patient concerns and provide appropriate advice or escalation based on clinical judgment.
• Ensure all patient interactions adhere to current clinical guidelines, protocols, and company procedures.
• Document all interactions clearly, accurately, and in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.
