REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or front desk (preferably in an aesthetic or medical clinic)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
  • Strong telesales skills and persuasive communication ability
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Knowledge of skincare, aesthetic procedures, and medical terminology is highly desirable
  • Experience with clinic management software
  • Positive attitude, team player, and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CUSTOMER CARE DUTIES:

  • Greet and welcome patients warmly at the reception and over the phone
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries professionally
  • Schedule and manage appointments using clinic software
  • Assist patients with treatment details, pre- and post-care instructions
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to medical and aesthetic staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at every touchpoint

TELE SALES DUTIES:

  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to promote services and packages
  • Explain treatment benefits, pricing, and promotions persuasively
  • Convert inquiries into appointments and successful bookings
  • Maintain call logs, sales tracking, and follow-up schedules
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments and skincare products
