Description TEKsystems is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to support one of our clients. This team will be supporting customers with a wide range of issues that include helping to navigate a new system, Medical Charts, password resets, troubleshooting web site issues and provide a high level of customer support. We are currently looking for people with the following: • Outgoing, personable candidates. • 1+ years' customer service experience (doesn't have to be in an office setting) • Someone who can have experience within medical workflows, following up, customer service, and documentation. • Intangibles: Organizational skills, Attention to Detail, Responsiveness, Deadline driven, Professionalism, punctuality, etc. Job Responsibilities • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat to provide support and information on new system roll out. • Support areas like password resets, troubleshooting applications, help customers navigate web site, etc. • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns. • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Additional Skills & Qualifications Monday - Friday 2;30pm - 11:30pm Every 4th week there will be working the weekend with Wednesday/Monday off Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
