Looking for friendly, courteous, professional and caring individuals to become members of our Medical Delivery Technician team.
No experience necessary- must have a positive attitude and amazing customer service skillls.

Medical Delivery Technician is responsible for the delivery and/or pick-up of home medical equipment (HME), supplies, and set-up in customer’s home and/or facility, minor cleaning of equipment and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Responsible for inventory management, lot number tracking, and product recalls. Responsible for maintaining delivery records.

  • Loads equipment and supplies from the warehouse to assigned vehicle.
  • Ensures that all equipment and supplies are secured for safe transport.
  • Medical Delivery Technician delivers and sets up HME in customer homes.
  • Greets customers courteously.
  • Remains professional and resourceful while working with customers.
  • Demonstrates and explains HME to the customer.
  • Ensures the customer understands how to properly use and maintain the equipment.
  • Completes appropriate documentation.
  • Verifies customer insurance information as required.
  • Maintains good customer relations.
  • Works to resolve customer questions and/or concerns prior to leaving customer home.
  • Ensures customer confidence.

Physical Demands Include: Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit as well as talk and hear.
