JOB SUMMARY

We seek motivated and results-driven Sales Managers to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling medical devices to healthcare providers, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a passion for improving patient care through innovative medical solutions.
As an FDA-registered distributor, we specialize in anti-aging products, focusing on Hair Regeneration, Aesthetics, Orthopedics, sexual wellness, Ultrasound, and Wound Healing. Joining our team means being part of a company at the forefront of innovative medical solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences (e.g., biology or chemistry), or a related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

· At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in business-to-business (B2B) or medical device sales.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
· Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous but not required.
· Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

There is a small salary; the position is primarily commissioned. Most income is derived from incentives and sales success. The realistic first-year income is $130 K, but the potential earnings are significantly higher based on performance.
We are understaffed with management resources and are looking for self-starters and motivated individuals. We prefer to have people near us in Boca Raton oversee the monthly training classes in their department, but we will consider all great applicants. We are prioritizing full-time applicants. However, part-time and contract relationships are acceptable.

Responsibilities

· Identify and engage prospective clients, including doctors, Med Spas, chiropractors, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
· Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of medical devices.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for account growth.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Hire and manage additional sales personnel to build regional and national teams.
· To build a national presence, create sales strategies, including trade show attendance, webinars, partnerships, events, and educational seminars.
· Provide ongoing education and training to providers on properly using our devices.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in medical technology.
· Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses for management review.
· Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
