OVERVIEW

This position is 1099 Commission only. Ideal candidate has medical sales experience, dme sales, pharmaceutical sales and looking to add another product line or additional income.
Territory: St. Louis Metropolitan Area
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary information to make informed decisions for their patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for the medical field. Call points include: Vascular Surgeons, Lymphedema Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Centers, Wound Care, Podiatry, Oncology, Internal Medicine, Family Practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and have Medical Device or Healthcare sales experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in DME, healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical sales.
  • Ability to influence decision makers
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency in outside sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professional integrity.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A passion for the medical industry and a desire to contribute positively to healthcare outcomes.
  • Strong “closing” skills

    Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and office staff.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients about our pharmaceutical offerings.
  • Manage accounts effectively by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and market research
  • Communicate with Distributor on regular basis with progress/needs/feedback
  • In home fitting for medical devices
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand professional connections and promote products
  • Comply with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPPA
