SCOPE OF SERVICE: The BMH Physician Group practices provide medical services in various specialties and offices including pediatrics, ob/gyn, cardiology, orthopedics, internal medicine, family practice, ENT, urology and general surgery. The practices are staffed by physicians and other licensed providers who are supported by clinical staff (LPNs or medical assistants) and clerical staff. Hours vary by practice. Requirements QUALIFICATION EDUCATION: Doctorate of Medicine EXPERIENCE/SKILL SETS: Minimum of five years of experience as a practicing physician in an ambulatory care setting. Demonstrated track record of successful leadership experience as a Medical Director, Associate Chief/Chair, or Site Leader. Understands the challenges of delivering high quality healthcare services in a resource-limited environment. Outstanding physician relationship skills and the ability to collaboratively partner with medical staff, senior hospital leaders, board members and outside constituents. Has established a high level of credibility among their peers as a clinical leader. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION(S): Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Vermont.
