WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

The Medical Director will be central to Anywell Health’s next stage of growth. You will guide our international medical team, drive clinical excellence, and shape the introduction of new treatments across Europe.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and inspire our international medical team, fostering a culture of trust, learning, and high performance.
• Elevate care standards by improving treatment protocols, clinical pathways, and patient outcomes.
• Launch new treatments and bring innovative therapies to market, ensuring safe and effective rollouts.
• Champion compliance, ensuring adherence to international regulations, clinical governance, and data privacy standards.
• Partner externally with pharmacies, medication providers, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure seamless access to treatments.
• Build trust at every step by ensuring care is transparent, ethical, and consistently high-quality.
• Shape the future of Anywell Health as part of the leadership team — creating a brand patients love and doctors trust.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the medical industry (clinical practice, pharmaceuticals, healthcare management, or digital health).
• Proven experience managing and developing medical or clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Experience launching treatments or working with pharmacies/medication providers is a strong plus.
• Telemedicine or digital health background preferred, but not required.
• A mindset that blends expertise with curiosity — you master your craft, but you’re always learning.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and geographies.(A medical license is a plus, but not required for this role.)
