OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director with a solid background as an Endocrinologist or similar. The role will be to lead our telemedicine team and the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and managing the medical staff. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities who can foster a collaborative environment while driving quality improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role and will involve a degree of online patient consultations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a valid medical licence to practice.
  • Additional qualifications such as: MRCGP, DRCOG, DFFP, FECSM; an advantage
  • Proven experience in and knowledge of Male and Female Hormone health essential.
  • Experience in a leadership or teaching role within a healthcare setting, preferably as a Medical Director or similar position.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
  • A desire to be influential part of the creation of new medical service for patients within a small but expanding team.
  • A commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement in clinical practices.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality assurance processes, and risk management principles is essential.
