POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will, provide clinical oversight and accountability for the management and supervision of the medical program and Advanced Practitioner Provider team. Provide leadership for regulatory and accreditation compliance as related to quality and safety of care delivered. Oversee medical personnel and operations, including supervising all providers, ensuring risk management and quality of care, and developing and implementing all other medical aspects of clinical operations. Oversee clinical peer review, develops and approves policies and procedures, manages physician relations. Works closely with other directors in developing and implementing overall services, operations and objectives. Potential option to carry small case load.
