POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a licensed physician to join us as Medical Director. This role offers an opportunity with minimal time commitment—ideal for physicians looking to supplement their income without a full-time clinical role.
You will provide medical oversight, sign off on treatment plans per provincial requirements, and be available for occasional on-site visits or virtual consultations. Our trained medical aestheticians and injectors handle day-to-day treatments, allowing you to focus on leadership and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MD, licensed, in good standing with the Provincial College of Physicians and Surgeons
• Aesthetics experience preferred (training available)
• Strong understanding of patient safety, ethics, and compliance
• Excellent communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approve treatment plans as required by provincial regulations
• Be available for virtual or in-person consultations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold safety standards
• Support staff training as needed
