POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in Ontario to serve as our Medical Director. In this role, you will provide medical oversight, ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, and collaborate closely with our aesthetics team to deliver safe and effective treatments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (medical aesthetics experience preferred, but training can be provided)
• Strong understanding of Ontario medical regulations for medical aesthetics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and patient care skills
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development

• Provide medical oversight for all aesthetic treatments offered at the clinic
• Perform patient consultations and treatment approvals as required under Ontario regulations
• Support and supervise Registered Nurses and Medical Aestheticians in their scope of practice
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and emerging treatment modalities
• Ensure adherence to all safety, ethical, and professional standards
• Provide emergency support and respond to adverse reactions if they occur
