With that aim in mind, we’re seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary physician leader to serve as our Medical Director of Menopause Care and Hormone Replacement Therapy. This role will drive clinical excellence, strategic growth, and innovation in our HRT program, focusing on empowering women through perimenopause and menopause with science-backed, compassionate care. ✍️ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Leadership: Develop and oversee evidence-based treatment protocols for perimenopause and menopause care and hormone therapy including estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, and thyroid Medical Oversight: Supervise and collaborate with clinicians delivering HRT services, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety. Responsibilities

The Medical Director will lead the clinical strategy and development of the menopause and hormone replacement therapy program. They will also provide medical oversight, train clinical staff, and serve as the public-facing expert for the company's women's health initiatives.
