SPCA Florida is seeking a Medical Director for our Medical Center and Shelter Medical Department in Lakeland. Florida also has no state income tax, and Lakeland remains one of the fastest-growing and most affordable cities in the U.S. Our veterinary team works Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, in a supportive, mission-driven environment where no pet is turned away due to lack of funds. Last year, our team of 5 veterinarians and skilled technicians provided care for 15,905 pets using state-of-the-art equipment, including: * Digital radiology * In-house IDEXX laboratory * Laser therapy * Ultrasonography * Digital dental radiology We are also a teaching campus for senior veterinary students from Lincoln Memorial University, fostering a dynamic, collaborative learning environment.
