Cardinal is located at 373 Bridge St W in Waterloo, in a busy plaza in a community with strong demand for family doctors.

The RoleWe’re looking for family physicians to join Cardinal, providing walk-in and family practice care and building a long-term patient roster. Start date: January 2027.or Earlier

• What We OfferUp to $25,000/month income guarantee while you build your caseload. If you don’t earn it, we top you up.
• Up to $20,000 Sign on bonus
• FHG model
• Full support at the clinic: admin staff, clinical assistants and billing specialists
• We market your practice to new patients from day one
• Internationally trained? We guide you through CPSO licensing, with mentorship from other UK-trained doctors across our group
• RequirementsLicensed, or eligible for licensure, with the CPSO
• Certification in family medicine (CCFP, MRCGP or equivalent)
• Committed to long-term patient care
