Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Education team across Latin America, ensuring accurate financial processes, event coordination, and compliance with internal procedures and timelines. Main responsabilities: Support vendor payment processes, expense reports, and financial documentation using systems such as Concur, SAP, and JDE. Assist in the coordination and logistical execution of Medical Education events, including vendor quotations and timeline tracking (e.g., Smartsheet updates). Collect, organize, and maintain program-related data to support reporting and performance analysis. Resolve administrative and documentation issues related to healthcare professionals and external suppliers. Support budgeting processes and monitor program-related expenses in alignment with internal controls. Coordinate internal communications and documentation following corporate branding and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across LatAm to ensure alignment with established processes and timelines. Maintain accurate records and administrative controls in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. What you need Required: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Administrative experience in corporate environments. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate Spanish proficiency. Preferred: Background in multinational companies operating within matrix organizational structures. Familiarity with systems such as SAP, JDE, Concur, or similar ERP/expense management tools. Knowledge of Smartsheet and/or Power BI. Exposure to supporting training programs, marketing events, or educational initiatives. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established timelines. Intermediate English proficiency. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
