MEDICAL EQUIPMENT DELIVERY DRIVER

Med One Group, a leader for over 25 years in the medical equipment finance industry, is seeking a self-motivated Medical Equipment Delivery Driver for our distribution warehouse in Sacramento, CA. This is a Full-Time hourly position, Tuesday-Saturday 8AM-4:30PM. Compensation, depending on experience, $23.00 per hour. This individual will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of medical equipment to hospitals in the geographic area covered by Med One Group. CDL is not required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education - High School Diploma. Some college experience or technical school experience preferred.
• Job Requirements
• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1-2 years previous delivery driver experience
• Proficient in operation and understanding of computers.
• Strong work ethic
• Valid, active Driver’s License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to load and unload heavy items up to 75 lbs
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Based on workload overtime may be required at times
• Clean Appearance
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Must be familiar with local and surrounding areas and be able to read maps and follow directions.
• Clearly read and write in English.
• Based on business needs some overtime may be required as well as on-call scheduling.

• Complete Med One deliveries, retrievals, and paperwork completely and in a timely manner
• Interact with Med One customers professionally to enhance company credibility.
• Assist in the receiving, shipping, cleaning, and processing of medical equipment inventory.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Assists in light equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Assists the warehouse technician with: Receives and unpacks materials and supplies. Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Records shipment data; including weight and charges. Loads and unloads equipment. Perform cosmetic repairs consisting of: repair of any damage to cases, sanding, repainting.
