Job Details Job Location: Indianapolis, IN 46201 Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly Job Description The Service Technician is a driving position responsible for the delivery, set up, pick up and troubleshooting of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Job Duties Deliver and install Medical Equipment in a safe and timely manner. Safe operation of a company-owned 16’ Box Truck. Instructing patients, family members, and caregivers on equipment functions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Minor repair and equipment troubleshooting while in the field. Thorough and accurate completion of all orders on a proprietary web-based inventory management system. Shift Information Service Technician candidates must be willing/able to work overtime hours, as well as be available for rotating On-Call shifts, which include Weekends and Evenings. Company vehicles are equipped with onboard dash cameras (frontward facing and in-cabin) for safety purposes. Work Location The Indianapolis warehouse is located at 2211 Massachusetts Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46201. Seeking candidates who live in the Southwest area of Indianapolis, extending as far out as Cloverdale. Candidates will be required to report for the beginning of their shifts at the Indianapolis warehouse to load box truck, however, may be able to return directly to their residence with the company truck at the end of their route/shift. Candidates must at least 21 years of age and have possessed a Driver’s License for a minimum of 5 years 1+ years of Delivery and/or Healthcare experience preferred. Ability to lift an average of 50 pounds and perform strenuous work. Basic phone/computer skills. Ability to receive and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Card. All candidates must possess a clean driving record and criminal background. Candidates will also be subject to a pre-employment drug screen to be considered for the position.
