REQUIREMENTS:

HS Dipoloma or GED
2+ years of experience required
Class E Drivers License
Automobile Liability Insurance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the incoming equipment delivery, instruction, installation, repair, and removal and or reallocation of home medical, home infusion therapy or respiratory equipment.

· Documentation of Covid vaccination or medical/religious exemption.
· Copy of diploma for highest level of completed education.
· Two manager/supervisor references who you have worked with in the last two years.

· Upcoming requested time off for the duration of the contract.
· Interview availability for the next 7-10 days.
· Resume with last seven years of work history if applicable - all work history gaps of 90+ days must be explained.

Delivers, sets up, repairs, and retrieves durable home medical equipment.
Ensures proper inventory, cleanliness, and safe operation of delivery vehicle.
Provides training on home infusion supplies.
Completes patient and home assessments, providing proper paperwork and documentation.
The facility has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
