JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a licensed Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician to deliver safe, results-driven treatments including laser hair removal, HydraFacial®, microneedling, chemical peels, facials, and skin tightening. The ideal candidate is organized, consultative, and passionate about client education and growth. Evening/weekend availability is required. You’ll follow clinical protocols, support an exceptional client experience, and help keep the clinic clean and well-organized.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • License/certification in Esthetics (required) and Laser/IPL Safety training (documentation required).
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in medical aesthetics (laser hair removal + facials/peels/microneedling).
  • Proven sales/consultation skills: plan building, ethical product recommendations, and conversion.
  • Familiarity with professional skincare products and pairing with in-clinic treatments.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable; excellent communication and client care.
  • Willing to help with cleaning and room turnover.
  • Professional presentation, passionate about learning, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Assets (nice to have): Experience with Candela GentleMax platforms; First Aid/BLS; comfort creating basic, consented before/after content.

Responsibilities
  • Perform laser hair removal and advanced facial treatments to protocol and safety standards.
  • Conduct thorough skin consultations; build clear treatment plans and set expectations.
  • Educate clients on home-care; recommend and attach appropriate skincare products.
  • Document consent, charting, and post-treatment notes accurately and on time.
  • Rebook clients, manage follow-ups, and support strong retention and 5-star reviews.
  • Maintain a clean, organized treatment room; assist with general clinic cleaning/turnover.
  • Support front desk as needed (intake/checkout, inventory counts, simple content capture with consent).
  • Uphold infection control, laser safety, and privacy (PHI) requirements at all times.
  • Contribute ideas that add value to workflows, client experience, and protocols.
