We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Medical Esthetician to lead by example and support the clinic’s ongoing growth.
As a Medical Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering advanced skin consultations and results-driven treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. You will play a key role in contributing to treatment development and enhancing the clinic’s reputation for excellence.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Advanced Skin/Aesthetics.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting.
  • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and clinical skincare.
  • Confident in delivering high-end treatments with proven results.
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
  • A proactive, professional, and positive attitude.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working with brands such as Obagi is desirable.
  • Laser safety certification and experience using energy-based devices.
  • Experience in sales and retail of medical-grade skincare.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission Key Lines of Enquiry framework (KLOE).
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth skin consultations, assessments, and treatment planning.
  • Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic skin treatments (e.g., HydraFacial, microneedling,
    Chemical peels, energy-based devices, IPL skin rejuvenation, non-ablative laser treatments and

laser hair removal).

  • Develop tailored treatment plans and skincare regimes for patients.
  • Provide expert advice on clinical-grade skincare and support retail sales.
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and uphold all necessary compliance standards.
  • Act as a mentor and role model to junior team members.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in medical aesthetics.
  • Support promotional events, marketing content, and educational initiatives as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining and raising standards of compliance in accordance with CQC (Care

Quality Commission) Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs), working alongside practice staff to deliver a

service, which is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.

  • Work closely with senior management to meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators

(KPIs).
