Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials and laser treatment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Provide excellent guest services, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience
- Engage in retail sales of skincare products
- Upsell services and products to enhance the client experience
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and understand their preferences
- Experience in guest services and customer service within a spa or salon setting
- Ability to sanitize equipment and maintain a clean work environment
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote products and increase sales
