We require our employees to adhere to our attendance standards, as frequent deviations make it difficult to provide care for our patients and support our coworkers. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required. Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred. Experience with Epic preferred. Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors. Strong computer keyboarding skills required. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment.
