  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.

  • Process patient payments, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Assist with clerical duties including filing, faxing, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
  • Stay updated on ICD-10 coding practices to assist with billing inquiries as needed.
