As the Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in managing the daily operations of the front office. This position is essential to ensuring a seamless patient experience, supporting the front desk team, and meeting the financial and operational goals of the practice.
We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about team collaboration and patient service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of management/supervisory experience, or
  • 3+ years of front desk experience in a medical or dental setting.

SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with computers and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Flexible and dependable with the ability to work early mornings or late evenings as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support the front desk team in all reception duties, including check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and patient communication.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations, prioritizing efficiency and a positive patient experience.
  • Monitor and improve patient access and scheduling workflows.
  • Help develop, implement, and maintain front office policies and procedures.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of front office staff.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Foster a team-oriented and professional work environment with a focus on high-level customer service.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards and model ethical behavior in handling sensitive medical information.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure cohesive operations across the practice.
