This role is central to driving medical excellence and shaping patient access in hematology, oncology, immunology, and rare diseases. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic medical leadership across CEE in alignment with global and regional priorities Lead and inspire regional medical team Drive CEE regional medical strategy and execution in alignment with Sobi’s global and brand priorities Lead cross-functional collaboration across the region (Chair of CEE+ cross-functional team) to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence Represent Medical in CEE+ Leadership Team and coordinate bi-annual Tactical meetings with CEE+ and MLT Lead Project ROI and support strategic initiatives across Field Capabilities, FOCUS, and CONNECT+ Provide oversight and backup support for critical governance processes: Grant Committee, ISS, MAP approvals, and Veeva systems Ensure regional representation in global initiatives and effective communication across country medical teams Promote a high-performance, unbureaucratic culture focused on real impact, pragmatic solutions, and cross-functional respect Qualifications Proven medical leader with a track record of strategic thinking and high agility Results-driven with strong project management and planning skills Demonstrated leadership in complex organizational structures (cluster or large country level) Experience in companies recognized for leadership in hematology, oncology, immunology, or rare diseases Commercial mindset with a strong sense of impact on business and patient outcomes Unbureaucratic, solution-oriented, and pragmatic in execution Skilled in fostering cross-functional collaboration and delivering real impact MD, PharmD, or PhD with significant medical affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry Additional Information All Sobi employees need to demonstrate behaviors in line with Sobi's core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership.
