Medical HealthCare Specialist is a medical expert responsible for the implementation of innovative and scalable projects to transform care in a dedicated therapeutic area (in this case Genitourinary Cancer), collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions to ultimately impact and improve healthcare ecosystem. Tasks will include: Contribute to the design, development and implementation of a world-class medical strategy to transform healthcare. Develop and implement initiatives which are scalable and impact clinical practice. Conduct planning initiatives analysis and mitigate risks about a specific project and initiative. Collaborating with stakeholders of healthcare ecosystems to advance clinical practice. Develop detailed proposals and plans for the different activities of the Medical Affairs plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and support internal scientific expertise and capability on oncology ecosystem. Support the Medical Head or Medical HealthCare Transformation Manager to monitor the progress of the activities related to the Medical Affairs Plan. Support in the organization of medical-scientific events of the Medical Department. Profile... Life Science degree Proven experience in pharma industry and knowledge in Oncology (Genitourinary Cancer) (preferable) Advanced knowledge of Portuguese healthcare ecosystem Strong track record in idealization, development, and implementation of projects with medical value. Critical thinking and ability to translate insights into strategic medical information, able to support medical strategic plan development. Evidence of effective team working within support areas (evidence generation, marketing, others). Communicative competence and presentation skills Very good knowledge of spoken and written Portuguese & English. High-level scientific knowledge and ability to analyze and process clinical and scientific data. Experience in liaising with healthcare professionals. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex technical, scientific, or medical information to broad audience types.
