What You’ll Do * Lead service, maintenance, and repair of GE and Hologic Mammography systems, ensuring the highest standards of performance. * Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA) according to OEM specifications. * Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic issues on Mammography equipment. * Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers, ensuring rapid resolution of issues. * Collaborate with team members while operating independently in the field. * Travel regularly to customer sites throughout the Northeast. What We’re Looking For * Strong hands-on experience servicing GE and Hologic Mammography equipment (minimum 2+ years). * Associate’s degree, OEM Radiology, Electrical, or Technology training preferred. * Proficient with computer tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. * Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Nice to Have * Experience with other imaging modalities (Ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray) and OEM brands such as GE and Hologic. * Customer-focused service experience in a healthcare environment.
