Medical Information Responsibilities Call Center Operations Secondary response to inquiries from medical professionals and MRs (preparation and dispatch of responses and support). Collaborate and communicate with PPG and MRs, including preparing, updating, and managing FAQ lists, obtaining internal approvals and support, and overseeing the appropriateness of Primary Responses through guidance and supervision. Prepare, update, and obtain internal approval for Drug Information (DI) materials, such as IF, Non‑promotional HCP educational materials, etc. Organize and provide updated materials to customers upon PI, IF, and other DI materials revisions. Literature management: registration of new literature. Review and approval of literature provided to healthcare professionals. Review operations: Implementation of internal approval of product materials, lecture materials, etc. (academic verification) Information sharing and collaboration with partner companies (PPG) Norspan Tape Operations Handle correspondence with the MHLW (Narcotics Control Division) regarding Norspan Tape (Medical Opioid). Manage distribution of Norspan Tape, including verification of prescribing qualifications and promotion of training participation. Guidance and education on the proper use of Norspan Tape (opioid product) (for physicians and pharmacists) Medical Strategy Responsibilities Publications Develop publication and conference presentations based on EPPV and IIT data. Compile frequently requested publications into reviews and proactively provide information to HCPs. Identify unmet medical needs by organizing high-demand medical information and contribute to evidence generation. Establishment of Information Management Ecosystem Categorize frequently asked questions from inquiries, prepare responses, and disseminate them to field staff (MR/MSL). Collect information from field staff (MR/MSL) regarding HCP inquiries, concerns, and issues related to medications. Obtain safety and quality information from PV/QA teams and provide appropriate feedback to the field. Establishment of Information Management Ecosystem Categorize frequently asked questions from inquiries, prepare responses, and disseminate them to field staff (MR/MSL). Collect information from field staff (MR/MSL) regarding HCP inquiries, concerns, and issues related to medications. Obtain safety and quality information from PV/QA teams and provide appropriate feedback to the field. What you’ll bring University degree or higher, graduate school. An MD, PhD, Master of Science, or an equivalent degree is preferred. Completion of a specialized course in medicine or pharmacy is also preferred. More than three years of experience in R&D, Medical Affairs or Medical Information. Experience in managing call center work content. Experience in preparing responses to enquiries using CTD/summary report Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, Database, etc.) Business-level English proficiency in both reading and writing.
