We are looking for a Medical Information Officer / Specialist to support a client project in Germany (starting date : November-December 2025). The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, and English and will provide high-quality medical information services while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and non-HCPs via email and phone in German, French, and English.
Conduct Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Product Quality Complaints (PQC) cases.
Serve as the main point of contact for the client, handling reporting, KPI monitoring, and invoicing.
Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Process Documents (WPDs).
Perform bibliographic research and draft summaries on an ad-hoc basis.
Participate in on-call duty rotations.
Profile
Educational Background: Preferably a scientific degree or experience as a medical secretary. Equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry (2-3 years) is acceptable.
Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Comfortable handling phone inquiries.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Salesforce is a plus).
Ability to conduct bibliographic research and draft summaries (preferred).

SOFT SKILLS:

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Proactive, adaptable, and stress-resistant in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:

Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration is beneficial.
