QUALIFICATIONS

  • Medical or scientific degree (e.g. BSc, MD, PhD, PharmD)
  • Previous experience in a medical information role is required. Experience with copy approval review of promotional materials is essential
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex medical and scientific information to diverse audiences
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Review materials and ensure that they are factual, technically accurate and meet ABPI requirements (Copy Approval)
  • To represent the medical information team at cross functional team meetings providing support and input to business units.
  • Coordinate and conduct product training for customer care provider
  • Creation of standard responses for use by 1st line customer care provider
  • Respond to medical information enquiries (2nd line escalated enquiries only
