  • Experience: avoid requiring minimum years—talent matters most to us!
  • Skills: Experience Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance issues related to medical functions, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Education: Degree in life sciences or a healthcare-related field is required, Pharmacist is a plus.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
  • Research and respond to medical inquiries received via multiple channels (phone, email, webform, live chat, postal mail) within defined timelines and quality standards.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document inquiries and responses in accordance with relevant SOPs, Work Instructions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide responses in the local language using approved English-language resources.
  • Support therapeutic area teams with second-line activities such as escalation management and content development when needed.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across assigned countries by supporting the Medical Information IDM Customer Experience Country/Cluster Lead.
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes.
  • Support Country Relationship Management for assigned markets, acting as the main contact point for country-specific issues.
  • Ensure that local data is accurate and up to date, and communicate relevant issues to the MI team promptly.
