Description

Insurance Coordination & Administration • Coordinate and administer all corporate and project-related insurance policies. • Assist in securing appropriate insurance coverage for construction projects, assets, employees, and operations. • Maintain insurance policy records, documentation, endorsements, and renewals. • Monitor insurance coverage validity and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Construction and Project Insurance Support • Support the insurance requirements of construction projects including high-rise towers, infrastructure developments, and large-scale residential/commercial projects. • Assist in the implementation and administration of Owner-Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP) and Principal-Controlled Insurance Programs (PCIP). • Coordinate with project teams to ensure insurance requirements are aligned with project contracts and risk exposure.
