SEHA Medical Center, Ajman, is seeking a dedicated Medical Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The role involves handling patient insurance processes, managing approvals, and supporting both reception and insurance operations to ensure smooth patient flow and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations

Responsibilities

  • Verify insurance coverage and patient eligibility at reception.
  • Handle patient registration, appointments, and insurance documentation.
  • Process pre-approvals, pre-authorizations, and insurance claims.
  • Follow up on claim rejections, resubmissions, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with patients, physicians, and insurance companies regarding approvals and queries.
  • Assist in both Reception and Insurance Department.
  • Ensure compliance with MOH/DHA regulations and maintain proper records for audit purposes.

Requirements

  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Must be holding own visa.
  • Immediate joiners only.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts.
  • Prior experience as Medical Insurance Coordinator in UAE healthcare setup minimum 2 years.
  • Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, EMR systems, and UAE medical regulations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
