REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling medical insurance
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills (email, data entry, CRM systems, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with healthcare plans and insurance terminology
• Prior experience working in a bilingual customer service or administrative role
• Willing to travel out of the office

• Assist clients with inquiries and provide detailed information on medical insurance plans
• Support sales representatives in managing leads and following up with clients
• Accurately enter and maintain client data using digital tools
• Translate documents and communication between English and Spanish, as needed
• Perform administrative duties to support the daily operations of the office
