NOTE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have strong telephone skills with healthcare insurance companies
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience verifying insurances.
• Must be up to date with all new changes of Insurances & IPA’s
• Must have knowledge of Medicare replacements
• Must have knowledge of Medicaid Managed Care Programs
• Must have time management skills (Follow Up)
• Must be organized and pay attention to details
• Must have knowledge of using Insurance web portals for eligibility & claim status. (Trizetto, Availity, TMHP , Novitasphere, etc…. web portals)
• Performs miscellaneous job -related duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of E-Clinical Works & Medisoft Software practice management is a plus.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Works ( Word, Excel….)
• Bilingual communication skills are a major plus.
